Rocks are different up north, you guys have all those nice glacial erratics. I brought a pickup truck load of those down here when we moved, she couldn't leave them behind.

I have some huge ones. One of mine was a pickup load by itself. Hubby looked like he was doing wheelies in his truck when he brought that thing home.

I believe the glaciers stopped somewhere around Anderson, if my memory is correct. Yes, lots of rocks here.

Just going to try it here and see what happens. Before when I just pasted the link, it wasn't coming up as a picture but a link that had to be clicked on. I didn't remember the IMG being in front of and behind the pictures before and noticed that it was there too.

I may have to close the window...kind of cool out there tonight. It will be nice for sleeping, but it's kind of cool sitting here.

After what we've put up with for the last couple months, this sounds like a good problem to have!

If we could get rid of some of the mosquitoes, it would be perfect. I was looking forward to these kind of nights so we could use the fire pit, but the mosquitoes are so bad we can't even sit out there with a fire going. I HATE them.

    .
One of the positives of the GSF is limited mosquitoes. Bugs like that are the potato chips for the small predators around here and there is no stagnant water. The ground attack from the ticks is fierce, but sitting around a campfire is OK.
