Well, the Mrs. wanted spaghetti for dinner so rather than make something else, I shot day one of "low carb" to ****. Should have went to the store for spaghetti squash but I didn't.

Maximus busted me in the mouth with his cinder block of a head. It was a strange feeling to have that burning rage and taste of blood that comes with being punched in the mouth without the immediate release of beating the living **** out of the person who hit you.

Instead there was just this cute and awkward hunk of puppy still confused as to what happened. I gave him a snooka-shooka and calmly went off to ice my lip.

I have been watching what I eat today.
Then I watched myself eat a "from the garden" baked tater smothered in real butter and chives.............I am so weak.
The main was Salmon so there is that.

They come streaking into the room and jump up in my lap.
Well, more on my jewels. I think (know) they are fully aware that this causes Pa-Pa to make serious faces and gurgling noises. I have gotten much better at intercepting them but the damage is done.
