I was surprised by the rain this morning. I was disappointed with the heat and humidity. I thought it was supposed to cool down.

The grease in my pan is starting to get pretty deep. Going to have to drain some off soon I think.

Eckrich is a good dependable bacon normally, but this one was sliced a little thin. the bacon wants to tear when I pull the strips off.

We're used to it getting pretty deep in here.

Bacon and eggs here too. Now that I'm used to the thick cut bacon, I can't stand thin cut. (OK, it's bacon... I can stand it... but I don't prefer it. )
