Hell of a way to spend our 35th anniversary.........

Better than spending the day at a funeral...that's what I did yesterday for ours. I'm glad hubby understood that it was important for me to go though. He went to the viewing with me Friday night, but does not do well with funerals so my daughter and I went together with her s/o.

I go to the ones I absolutely have to. OK with the viewing.

I might take her out for dinner if she wants to go. She would probably get all giggly with a shopping trip for her and the daughter.

Shopping is always a safe bet. Dinner out is our usual thing.

As funerals go, it was good. Nice service and lots of good memories were shared.

I guess I am going to go watch TV with the hubby and do some crocheting.
