Settling down a bit. Just have to get used to all the procedures and pick up my speed a bit. If I take too long checking in a patient (verifying their insurance, etc.) then they are late for their appointment and the doctor may not see them.

The insurance part would be a hassle. I can see where that would slow things down. Of course people could help themselves by getting there early

Yep. If I can't get their insurance verified, they should not be seen unless they are aware that they could be stuck with the bill. There are different procedures for each insurance company, and I don't even have access to check medicaid... I have to have someone else do it for me.
