it looks better than it tastes. i think i grew it one time many years ago.
like beets. i grew it and we tried to eat it a couple of ways. didnt like it... not at all.

Need to head to the fair in a little while. I am working at the garden club display tonight...sitting there anyway. I doubt it will be very busy so I need to get a crochet bag ready to go with me so I have something to pass the time.

Looks like a nice line of storms may actually give us some rain. I hope we don't get the high wind/hail they are mentioning.

Soaked to the bone. We were in the middle of backfilling the last hole. Calling for penny sized hail, havent seen any yet.
