    You never get it all off you, especially if you sweat and your pores open. Cold shower helps.

    I don't deal with the same type of fiberglass you speak of, but when I get fiberglass insulation on my skin I use a scotchbrite pad and soap to get it off. It grinds the skin a bit but its better than the itch.

    Uh, ouch!

    Basically it's the same stuff. Old dried fiberglass when ground sucks.
