Good question. However the monopoly won't amount to much because everyone will just buy from out of state. Everybody in Indiana (including the gov't) loses.

There are tons of on line sources. I like to use Smoktek because they manufacture in the USA.

I found those cookies at my local store who are US made, so kinda expensive here.
But the package says they are "THE BEST IN THE WORLD!".
I love those bold claims that you only find on US products.
