Hot but windy...and the weather site says 90% chance of 1-2 inches of rain for us today. Why did I not see that BEFORE I spent four hours watering everything this morning? I am not seeing rain, but that's what it says.

Watered the garden and the flowers and then went to the fair for about a half hour. The number of projects on exhibit seems way less than usual but I never made it there last year due to dad's medical situation so maybe it has been declining and I just didn't notice it.
