I'm a hometown team fan. Never understood people rooting for a city they never lived in. Like the inlaws and their love for the cards. They are from Lawrence, IN...why are you rooting for St Louis??

because in Northern IN in my younger years, there was no one to root for except Chicago teams.

I am a life long cubs fan. I have family that lives near Chicago but I would never live near that **** hole.
