I use one of those little combination lights and laser pointers, it about the size of a pen. They don't use AAs though.

Looks nice but I don't see a pocket clip on it.
Also most lights I have who take 3 AAA are too large to carry in a pocket, it's why I like one single AA better.

It's roughly the size/diameter of a roll of quarters.
