Yep, exactly the same here. I definitely dodged a bullet with the one that didn't come to fruition. Well, the bullet was partially dodged anyway.

Should have, but no. I also found out that most of my gifts from him had gone out the back door of retail stores where he had worked and later been "laid off" from. This was when we were both in our 20's.
