S had an accident in Elkhart yesterday. Slid into the back end of a car that stopped on a green light in the middle of the intersection. He took off, she went to the gas station right there, looked at her car, broke the license plate holder. She went inside and sat in there about 5 minutes hoping he was turning around and coming back, he didn't so she went home

No credentials........it has happened to me. Bumper tag when an idiot decided this is where he wanted to turn, no signal, green light, no traffic, stop and look, popped his bumper full on anti-locks. He freaked and ran. LEO stopped him about an hour later wondering around lost. No credentials. None.
