My "problem neighbors" have since moved and are no longer a problem. The new family in there is nice. On the other side someone moved in to the vacant house, haven't had a chance to talk to/meet them yet. Have seen kids out playing sometimes with little adult supervision so that makes me nervous, but we'll see what happens this spring/summer when it gets really nice.

I live in a decent neighborhood and have never had any issues with neighbors or otherwise so it hasn't been a high priority. The neighborhood as a camera covering the only entrance.

Living on a main north south street we get a lot of traffic and "Walker".......Those who may or may not live around here and might be casing the area.
