The pizzas you guys are talking about sound great.

I am partial to my own:

    3 cups bread flour
    1 package pizza dough yeast
2 tablespoons oil (I use olive, but vegetable is good)
    1 1.2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 1/3 cup hot water

Mix, let rise while finishing sauce and preparing toppings

    Sauce:

    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (small) can tomato paste
    'about enough' Italian seasoning
    'about enough' brown sugar

Heat sauce/paste, stir well, blend in seasoning and brown sugar into warm sauce.

    Apply toppings to taste

Bake at approx 450° for 9 or 10 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is lightly browned.

That sounds easy and good. I would use V8 instead.

I didn't see anything about burning it though. That is my forte
