Went on roof to check reset on big make up air unit , I had all the doors open - it's not running - I come down and text him , he comes out walks by me gets in the lift and drives over to unit to see if it's blowing air out of it ... Wtf I just said it's not running !!!!!!!

Boss's are mostly idiots.
Not you Mrs.G or Sam.......but most bosses I have "Ever" worked around.

this is the type of boss I aspire not to be.

you say it's not working, I'll ask if you know why. If you don't, we'll try to figure it out together, if I think I can, or we'll put in a ticket for maintenance.

had an employee text me at 11:49 last night, asked if I was still up. I didn't respond. I should text him now and ask what he needed.

Before anyone gets all worried something was wrong at work, he was off duty and the same one that didn't like he has to leave his phone in the office.
