the only thing awake in this house is me. Damn dogs and cats won't even wake up and talk to me

The crew just left.
GS donned his Santa persona and charmed the kids. A meal was shared, presents were opened. Smiles all around.

Oh, and the adults enjoyed Santa as much or more than the kids did.

That was my son and his significant other and their 3 year old.

I have the turkey thawed for tomorrow. Yeast rolls in the fridge to be baked tomorrow. All of the ingredients for the breakfast casserole are prepped and just need assembled in the morning. My son and his cat arrived a few hours ago and the cat is settling down. At least my cats seem to be ignoring her and not attacking her.

Daughter will be here in the morning so we can all spend time together and open gifts, etc.

I was out close to Terre Haute yesterday picking up an AR in all that weather we had. It got silly crazy out that way. My phone battery died and Cindy could not raise me. She was worried when I got home.I always answer my phone if I can.

he's bad about not answering. He went to DeMotte, and it's a holiday, and he's an A to B driver. As fast as you can get there. He should have been a racer
