    Hazy here. It is going to be another foggy night I guess. It's been that way for several nights in a row.

    I can't believe how many motorcycles we saw today. This is the warmest December I can remember in quite a while. It is pretty nice.

    We have hardly even started on the firewood pile. I told hubby I think that it would last ten years at this rate. We have a lot cut and split!

    I try to cut, split, and cover with plastic just about as much as I think I'll need. Spray the ground underneath where I stack it with permethrin. Living in the woods I don't want to tempt the termites.

    When we stored it outside, we put down bricks or the flat blocks and ran 4x4s across to stack the wood on so it wasn't setting on the ground. Then we tarped it. Now, it is in what used to be my goat barn (still up on 4x4's) and in the guinea pen/house so it is all under roof now.
