    My right shoulder is FUBAR, and my AR 5.56/.223 doesn't bother it. In fact, my new to me 12-gauge didn't even bother it when I shot it a few weeks ago because the pistol grip took a lot of the recoil, and I also put a recoil pad on it.

    I shot the Wizard's AR a few weeks ago without too much trouble. I could run one. I just don't need to put hundreds of rounds through it at one time.

    pistol grips are great. I wouldn't have one without a grip
