People I know and stories I read make me glad I'm not on any meds, even at my age. Every year I wonder how long my luck will hold out, the rare times I see the doc, the first question he asks is "don't we have you on any meds yet?"

So dinner was deemed to be edible. Porterhouse steaks from the beef we got. This was our first time buying from this farmer, and I don't think it will be the last. Those steaks were so tender!
