I recently bought a rifle from a person who had it registered in his name. The rifle was won in a lottery by a felon. This guy claimed it on the form. I gave him a bill of sale, transferring the gun to me. Logged serial# model#. Signed and delivered.

I lost out on a good pistol at a good price. Happy the my info is not out there
