I find myself laying in bed later in the morning because hubby wants to talk before he goes to work. Nothing against him, I don't talk when I get up in the morning. This is not considered talking, this is typing

finished the book last night, so now I can go to bed at a decent time

Better to talk before work, than after work @ 03:00 like my other half likes to do....one would think that after 15 years one would take a hint. She was nice and left me alone when she got off work this morning.

I don't talk in the morning. PERIOD

I usually have time to decompress before I get home after work so talking is fine then.

When my spouse and I 1st moved in together I was an early riser. I had to be in the office at 6:00 AM to get all the techs dispatched and rolling. I always ran 4 miles before work (young and aggressive) as part of my work out regimen.
Spouse worked 2nd shift in the computer room for the then AFNB bank as a shift supervisor. She would get home at 12:30 A.M.
I got very little sleep until I convinced her 1st shift was the only way we were going to make it.

hubbies done so much shift work since we got together, it's hard for us to be home together. Although I don't give up my sleep like I used to. That caused a bit of a tiff when he was working at Rolls.

It worked better when she did 3rd's. She'd get home as I was leaving. Now she is a floater and picks up all sorts of shifts.
