    Yep. It needs a little work, but that's fine. Anything in our price range right now will need some work. The estate is in probate right now, so we're slightly at the mercy of that for a timeframe. Since it's an uncontested/unsupervised probate, we can probably begin renovations before it's settled.

    what did you think act? I watched it again on uverse. It's an ok movie. I'm not blown away like some were. It's just kinda everyday **** honestly.
    Hollywood rarely gets "everyday ****" right.
    They rarely get military mindset right.
    Either the hero is a superman, or a mindless drone.

    So I thought this was better than that.
