nope, I'm using my window unit so i can sleep comfortably, but that's it.

That's not too bad. Had one rental that didn't have ac, and we had a window unit, it did alright if we kept the fans circulating.

Over the winter thieves took 2 of the 3 A/C units off my Legion Post.
Dang insurance is doing their job, but slowly.
A/C is $$$$$ for a business.

Damage in the thousands, so they can get a little scrap.

We already have the Schererville merchants helping us raise money for a new roof. Estimated $35,000.
Then this.
Makes me want to cry.
I think someone set up a go fund me page. Schererville is stepping up. They're stressing our work in the community.

Sounds like a great idea...the roof sensors i mean.

We have camera/DVR setup. But who's going to check it in the winter when we don't know they've been stolen.
Probably get some type of heat/motion sensor.
