I have been doing some wheeling and dealing. I have a new/old beater that llh just finished the mods on. It is a really accurate shooter with a very sweet 2.5# SAO trigger. I am in the process of trading another pre-B for another RAMI. I am also helping CM out with parts for his 40P. I will probably end up with that when he is done upgrading it and playing with it for a while.

I caught the 40 proposition and the reworked beater that is now the sleeper. I more up to date than I thought.

I love the beater. I will be looking for another one, either B or pre-B, in the near future. They are too much fun.

Woohoo. Got the estimate for siding on the house and shed. It's way lower than we expected, so I imagine we will be going for it. This guy was recommended by a family friend who owns a masonry business, so he's legit.

Not much... woke up too early but am happy about the estimate for the siding. By the time we add in new shutters and new shed doors, we'll still be under $6K. I got an estimate last year for $11,500 for the same thing.
