Dishwasher is going. Why must people get a new cup every time they get a refill?

Same reason some people think they need a new towel every shower... or a new glass every time they get a drink of water. Because other people clean up after them.

This morning I had turkey bacon and egg whites on a gluten-free flatbread.

That's funny. I will use the same cup way too many times, unless it's really gross from dried up coffee or something. When I'm at the BF's house, I reach for my water glass to take it to the fridge for a refill and he makes me get a clean one.

I do the same thing. My night at work just gets refilled every morning. Once the coffee scale on the sides gets thick enough to flake off, I'll wash it. Otherwise, it's jut an occasional rinse.
