I turned on the furnace the day b4 yesterday, house was down to 64 when I went to bed.

We drop the temp to 66* at night if in heat. Comfy.

I was on the road the past 2 days, didn't seem cold when we got home last night. The Cats may have been chilly, but their vote doesn't count....

We keep the furnace at 65 all winter, then have those oil filled space heaters in the kitchen & TV room.

The one in the TV room usually has a ring of Cats around it during the winter...

I try to keep mine at 68, but my wife always bumps it up to 72... I need to do blown wall insulation this summer, should really make a big difference this year.

I keep mine at 70 until it gets really cold and then I put a fire in the wood stove. My wife can not do cold.
