    its sticking 1/2 way and it lets the fluid go into bypass .. He says tare it down and clean it ,, that's all good but what if I tare it apart and there is O-rings that just happen to be holding together cause its incased and then after pulling it out ,they fall apart

    There's a couple places in town that repair hydraulic cylinders.
