For some reason, since my little episode, I have been getting 7 or 8 hours a night. I usually struggle to get 6.

is that 7 ~ 8 good sleep - not restless ? That would be good for you

ya I was looking at them yesterday and seen SP-01 , started

There is a basic SP01 model that is basically a 75B with a full length dust cover, rail and ambi safety. The SP01 Tactical is the same thing only with a decocker. Both are all steel. The Shadow and Phantom are supposed to be a step above those. Shadow is steel with safety and no FPB. Phantom is polymer with decocker and a FPB.
I can't figure these Czech guys out.
