It's getting down right stupid outside. The dog keeps thinking he wants to go out until I open the door, then he looks at me like im crazy.

I have 3 dogs , all 3 wanted to go out , 1 ran about 6" out the door and backed up , the other stood there looking out side and then looking at me like I was crazy , then the 3rd decided she was going out and then decided ( 1 min later ) that ,that was enough of that

I've got 2 dogs, one is snoring on the couch but the other one has been standing by the door for 30 minutes. I've tried to let him out twice, but when that wind hits him he just looks up at me and won't move...
