I promised princess I would make a blanket for buttercup (her babydoll)

need to get it done so I can do other things

Aww, now that's doing Gods work right there. My mom did one for each of our kids. My daughter still sleeps with hers.

when MY Grandma passed she had a room full of afghans. Grandpa set one out for all the kid, grandkids etc that hadn't been married and gotten one yet.
I kept those afghans in my closet for almost 22 years before I gave them to both girls. I was going to save them for their wedding day. I gave up on them getting married.
