theres a chart somewhere with average pace for a given height, by gender (women have longer legs)

I don't think that height chart works , JMO . I have a grandson that has long legs but his stride is way shorter then mine

they should stop withholding.
Make a bill every month, break it down like a phone company.
Make everyone write a check out.

What about just a flat tax - you pay in - no paper work

Howdy Shadow, I'm good. Slept in a bit cuddling with my wife. Her and the kids are going to our friends funeral. They are driving up North in a few hours.
