The news putz heads around here want to glorify wind chill numbers. Almost impossible to get a real actual temp. Sensationalize everything. Butt heads.

That is the actual temp they are predicting here. With 40 to 45 mph winds, it will be unsafe for anyone to be out there with all of this snow, etc.
