    Speaking of that Nate...I know a lot of people hate steel cased ammo, it's not my favorite either...but during "the panic" it was all I could find in 9mm, and my Xd took it like an absolute champ! I'll always buy brass and from a known manufacturer first, but in a pinch I know that Brown Bear will do the job :laugh:

    They say that destroys parts in a gun - extractors and pins - just saying

    Most guns are designed around brass ammo. The materials are designed to get max life if dealing with brass. Steel will have a life shortening effect on components.
    There are many who will argue this and I know it is useless to conflict but metallurgy is just that.
