    Yes, took a few days off to rest my shoulder. Tomorrow me and my son will hit the treadmill for awhile. Then on Monday hit biceps, back and hamstrings. Then Tuesday hit chest , triceps and quads. Then I'm always going to take at least one day off completely.

    I'm trying to take Sunday off.

    I'm trying to take Sunday off.
    My problem is once I get in the gym, anything that hurts me stops once I get the blood pumping. Even my shoulder will stop hurting after awhile. That's how I do the damage. I need to realize I'm 54 years old and I can't be lifting everyday anymore.

    You can still stay in pretty good shape without lifting as often and as heavy.
