Man I know what he's feeling. I get to where I just do t even wanna talk to another person. I'm a happy person I just get in these funks if I've been down with my back for a while and don't get out.
If he wants to go to lunch sometime and catch up or go shoot at parabellum if like that. I always enjoyed our conversations at your booth before the doors opened at the 1500. Fun times.

Just to socialize I have to take myself out of my comfort zone. I didn't use to be like this. Social interactions can be uncomfortable sometimes. That's why when I find people I trust and am comfortable with I stick by them.
