No. You can't use a company's equipment to make one. If that company lends you their equipment, or rents the equipment, then they must have manuf. license.

I also thought of designing the 'custom engraving' to be the milled portion. Maybe the engraver would fall for that? "Yes, i would like this area engraved to 1.25" deep please..."
