so how does this work?

You just enter some basic info on the site and print out your card. It can't be used WITH insurance but it can be used in place of insurance or by those without insurance. It generally gives a significant discount on generic drugs and a decent discount on brand name drugs. Just present it at the pharmacy when you drop off your RX.
