Don't you have a Shield?Maybe you can convince her... I'm having little success over here!
At this point, my goal is to just get her carrying

That's kinda drool worthy.you'd still need this guy for a full set!
Maybe you should act like you're 64 and retired for a while. See how it works out.

I hope they figure something out for you. Looking forward to getting to the range with you. Bring the 97, I would like to shoot it next to one of the tuned 1911s.I know but I am not one to just do nothing. I do not do that well at all.
It is all related to my immune system. It is just junk. This flu is still hanging on and I am pretty tired of it.
Don't you have a Shield?

A heavier 9 or .380 would dampen some of that for her. I know you know that.No.

Yeah surprised me that she liked a 1911 CT2 lent her.
But shes standoffish to larger firearms, being bulky to carry on her person.
It's been an eye opening experience finding the right firearm.... My hope is it becomes the gateway firearm, and realizes she can go larger...

Just a little heavier. Just a little bigger. She'll get some of the benefits of the 1911 without sacrificing too much in the size/weight department.Yeah surprised me that she liked a 1911 CT2 lent her.
