Makes me hungry. I gained 8 pounds last week before I realized what was happening.

Doing much better today, they put me on another course of Prednisone. It's reducing the swelling, which has reduced the pain considerably.

I've obviously missed something. Hopefully you will beat whatever it is really soon Sam.

I think I'm gonna need a new left knee sometime soon. Think I could find one in the classifieds?

That sure beats the hell out of a messed up knee! If you trust your doctor, you'd better listen to him. If not, you'd better find one you trust fast! That doesn't sound like something to mess with.

The last time I had to be on prenisone, I carried around a ziplock of fresh veggies to eat because I was eating everything. At least carrot sticks and such helped prevent the weight gain.

They gave me the meds. They aren't helping. I have an appointment with the Surgeon on the 14th and am on standby if there is a cancellation before then.
