I feel for the homeless, I try to help every chance I get. Took the dog out for a quick walk, some young black guy starts following me, telling me he's tired of us folks. Said he will kill me. I ignored him for awhile, but he stepped up to me and pointed his finger in my face and said he didn't care about me or my people. I grabbed his throat and told him to keep walking, he did, but was threatening me the whole time. I hate being out in that position. But next time I'm not letting go.

Not just the single issue my friend. He continues to push pins in the pin cushion and has exceeded his pin limit.

Yeah, I know. I read it and I disagree with it and think it was rude. I have had times where I had to step away as well and I think that's what needs to happen here.

Overall, it has been a good day. Daughter seems resolved to end this so that makes me happy. I know this is not going to be easy for her so I plan to be supportive and a good listener as much as discussing him makes me want to puke. She is coming home to venison stew and fresh bread tonight so that should help her some. She did express how much she has missed my home cooking and seems relieved that we are happy to have her coming back home for a while.

She will be greeted with a big hug.

Gifts got wrapped. More shopping online was done. Thinking about ordering myself a pressure canner as my gift. It would be nice to be able to can meat and soups and such.

I was on the top floor of the parking facility today. Group of butt-heads crowded around the door to the elevator. I walked up and got the "Glare" from the Alpha I guess.
I said "Excuse me please"
He told me to ****-off.
I kicked him in the nuts.
It got a bit serious for a moment but the security staff was quick to arrive and escort them out of the building. Cameras are everywhere.

I will no longer suffer to their idiocy.

Yep. Hubby and I have talked this through. I think we are all on the same page. Every text I have gotten from her today (and there have been many) has said she is done and she think she is beginning to realize she is serious. I intend to keep her on that path as much as possible. I am NOT going to badmouth him. No matter how much I want to say, I am not going to do it.

At the end of the testing/interview he was told it would be about a week before he would hear anything.

He got up this morning and had an email to set up step 3 of the interview process.

Step 3 basically means you'd have to be a ****ing idiot to not get a job as long as you can pass a drug test.

He goes in for step 3 on January 8th.

I almost cried when he sent me the text to tell me this!!

prayers that this is it. He's positive it is.

So, would your people be the working class that gets off there ass and goes to work to earn the nice stuff that they have?? he might try appling himself a bit. there are programs to help those that want to help themselves.

JD.....I put up with this crap with every visit to the hospital which is a lot. The idiots (of all colors) are just bullys and looking for trouble. When I am with my wife I try and avoid them. Today I was solo and am no longer in the mood to be talked to in that fashion.
Yes, I kicked him square in the nuts. I got hold of his buddy and fed him to the wall a few times and the 3rd bolted. Security was coming for them anyway as I was not the 1st they got stupid with.

I have had enough.
