I suppose the paychecks are pretty good.

I do alright. 11 days pay, just this week.
This is my 4th week of 7-8 shifts a week.

My company just instituted a new policy. Supervisors working overtime do so at regular worker pay. So my time and a half is calculated on $7 less an hour than I normally make. So I make less working overtime than I do normally. Won't be much overtime for me in the future.

Ot used to be voluntary. Til you said you'd cover a day. Then it was mandatory.
Now, they just schedule it.
