Good morning lurkers!

Hubby is out hunting I guess. No sign of him in the house anyway.

I have bourbon balls to work on today...three day process. Nuts are chopped and soaking in the booze currently. They will be mixed with the other ingredients for the filling. After those chill for a day, I can coat with chocolate tomorrow. They are pain to make, but worth it. Someone was talking about caramel corn the other day and now I want to try making that. I found some recipes online that look good so figure I may do that today too. The neighbor lady loves caramel corn so I could take her some tomorrow if it turns out well.

The other neighbor lady is coming sometime today to get some pine branches for decorating so I will need to head out before too long and cut some for her. She bought a bunch at the tree farm and they are so dry there are needles dropping EVERYWHERE. I told her to pitch them and I'd get her some fresh ones for free. It is ridiculous what they charge for those anyway.

Other than that, I have no idea what we are doing today. Hubby asked me last night what today's plan is.

Trying to figure out what to thaw for dinner. I don't know what I want.
