Superglue might work but I'm not sure I would do it without antibiotics. The one time I waited to get stitches it was only about 12 hours and I got yelled at and antibiotics due to waiting. The power was out and we were having an ice storm and I chopped my thumb with the hatchet chopping kindling to get the woodstove going. Went in the next morning cause it was still bleeding. I guess chopping halfway into the thumb wasn't going to stop on its own.

 Hell I can help with that

Well, there was a plug involved but the current discussion revolves around the injury/gash to his hand that probably needed stitches. He refused to go to the doctor and there is a flap of skin to be dealt with. The person who he tangled with also had blood loss so there is the chance of blood born pathogens being involved. He is too stubborn to realize the possible consequences of not seeing a doctor.
