Stopped by Gander Mountain in Greenwood tonight on the way home spent a hour in there in amazement on just how darn expensive they are.

I bet 95% of the items I looked at could be found for 10-25% cheaper at other retail stores. Just how do they stay in business?

So after I walked out of there in a daze, I drove by and got the SUV a wash and oil change, went to Famous Dave's and got some rib rub and picked up 10.4 pounds of St.Louis Ribs @ Gordon Food Service (5 racks for 30.06).

Gonna fire up the grill Sunday for my first attempt at cook'n up some bones, I hope I can do them better than I can cook a steak, because I'm down right horrible at cooing a steak on a grill. Now Burgers and Dogs, bring'm on.

I figure if I ruin 2 racks experimenting I still got 3 left and to buy 3 racks at FD's will cost me $69.00 so I'd still be way ahead.

Drug raid at work tonight! The Fort Wayne PD (a couple from ISP too) took the K9 through the locker room and the parking lot. The dog had 8 hits, and 3 actually amounted to anything. I don't know if these people were arrested, but they were fired. The dog took a in front of the uniform rack.

Low and slow on the ribs!! about 200 to 250 for about 4 hours and you can turn it up at the end when your putting on the sauce!!

LOLOLOLOLOL. That is hilarious. On all counts, but especially the dumpage. Must have been some potent stuff. Sometimes you have to wonder about the intelligence of some people. You think they could wait till they got home. Just like when we were kids in school. Always some eddies out there to liven up your day.
