    You probably should start again.

My dad quit smoking after 45 years. Quit drinking too.

Within a year he had cardiac issues, diabetes, teeth fell out, leg vein issues, macular degeneration... etc.

One heck of a reward for quitting.
    I need to quit.
I've been wanting to for a while.
Since I can't even take a puff off of a cig right now, I might as well quit.

    That's the thing.
    I'm in great shape.
For some reason I can't get rid of this crap.

Yea, I might get sick one good time a year and that's it. I never take meds unless I'm dying either. :dunno:

I hear that. I just can't seem to give it up though. These "roll your owns" are killing me. Well, those and the M Reds too... :):

Oh, JImmy, sounds like you might be low on potassium, that causes muscle cramps, sometimes. Eat some bananas, take some multivitamins.
Has your doctor done any blood work on you?

Prednisone and direct sunlight/heat and humidity don't mix well, do they?

I think I was dehydrated. I'm gonna quit taking the cortisone and see what happens
My doctor never called back. Shell had to call him. The office said "He's done all he could do for you"......WTF is that?????

I guess if I'm not better by tomorrow I'm going to the ER.
