Yep Not only been hit but have shot numerous people with it!!
Certified Taser INC Instructor, also Certified MCOLES Chemical munitions Instructor!! We use Freeze +P mace and you do not want to get hit with it, your down for a good 20 min, The Taser when it shuts off it's like nothing happened, your as good as new.. well unless you soiled yourself!!!
