Some say that some Templars could have survived and kept the order going.
I dont know about that.I know a bit about the history of Templars since it's linked to the history of France.
It's interesting, they were very powerful and rich, being the first bank system and all.That's why the king of France didn't like them so much.

I dont think that what people call Templars today are linked to the original ones.
Lots of crazy people call themselves Knight Templars (and im not talking about you GB ).

I'm not going to argue, but I promise this is one topic I do know what I'm talking about. The basics of Masonic ritual began with the Knight Templars.

I know that, im not saying you are wrong and you know more about Freemasons than I do, obviously.
Im just saying that there are many groups today that call themselves "knight templars", and that I dont think that any of them are linked to the original ones since that group ended.
I mean the Freemasons have more to do with the orginal Templar than those new groups who call themselves Templars today, from what I understand.
