    It is for me! Now to just get her to agree to it. She thinks he has ulterior motives like getting their mom's Social Security money. I told her, if he's willing to raise them, then he deserves it! I would love to be able to pry my shoulders down from around my ears.

    Keep her on the phone with that agree with you. Like her sister that brought the back early.

    The SS should go to him if he's raising the kids.
    I hope it works out the best possible for all of you.
    That said I understand her hesitation though, being as he was willing to sign away his rights.

    I agree on all counts. I'm hoping she comes around. Everyone but her seems to think it would be for the best. And not just for our sanity. The father is 20 years younger than us. The boys deserve to have their father around longer than their grandparent/parents.
