My problem is that I'm still getting up when I would normally get up for work. With the boys being at their dad's place, there's no reason for me to get up that early but for some reason I still do.yeah, it can take a long time for you to readjust to moving sleeping times
I have accepted that I am going to wake up off and on during the night as long as I can get right back to sleep.Monday is our late day so we open an hour later. Since we are back to our normal schedule with no more extended hours, I can actually get my sleep schedule back on track. I keep waking up at weird times though so I never seem to feel very well rested.
